The mobile app companion to EmaginePOS is designed for restaurant managers. EmaginePOS is a well-regarded web-based point of sale system for restaurants with a growing customer base.

With this mobile app, restaurant owners and managers can efficiently approve voids, comps, or discounts remotely using their smartphones. Upon logging in, push notifications will alert you whenever an override is required from the POS, giving you the option to approve or reject the request. Additionally, all order details pertaining to each request can be viewed within the app.

To utilize this functionality, users must be current EmaginePOS clients with a configured user account granting the necessary approval permissions.
